Who we are
We are a professional fire safety organisation focused on giving clients clear advice they can act on. Our work is built around competence, proportionate recommendations, and a practical understanding of how premises are actually used day to day.
Our work is led by Bradley Ashworth, an Advanced Accredited Fire Risk Assessor. Fire safety decisions need the right training, experience and professional judgement.
Our aim is to help responsible persons understand what is required, what should be prioritised, and what practical steps will make their premises safer.

Ashworth Fire Consultancy is based in Widnes, Cheshire, in the North West of England.
We support clients across the UK who need competent fire risk assessment, training, technical compliance and practical fire safety consultancy services.
About Bradley Ashworth
Bradley Ashworth, Director
Bradley Ashworth is the Director of Ashworth Fire Consultancy. He is an experienced fire safety professional and Advanced Accredited Fire Risk Assessor with more than 10 years experience within the fire safety sector, specialising in fire risk assessment, fire safety management, and technical compliance.
Throughout his career, Bradley has held senior technical leadership roles overseeing large teams of fire risk assessors. In these positions, he was responsible for maintaining assessor competency standards, delivering technical guidance, and developing structured training programmes to improve consistency and quality across large client portfolios.
Bradley has also developed a range of professional fire safety courses designed to support assessor competency and industry best practice. These courses have since been remastered and are now available as part of his wider commitment to raising standards within the industry.
Alongside his consultancy work, Bradley currently works with The University of Manchester, supporting the management of fire risk assessments across a diverse property portfolio and providing guidance on fire safety remediation strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Fire and Leadership Studies, alongside a range of professional fire safety qualifications, combining practical experience with a strong technical and academic foundation.
